An illustration from Dracozine, the next batch. A new dragon emerges from a test chamber, after discovering that his element is fire and his hat should have been left outside before going in.Character in center is godzilla99 and is examining the crispy bowler.

It is a variation of something I saw in an old Laurel and Hardy short comedy in which one of them had their hat thrown inside a popcorn machine and it catches fire. Kind of a dangerous scene to film but Laurel grabs the hat from the machine and without looking puts it back on---wears a flaming hat for quite some time until it crumbles into bits.
