SOLDIER: Um... Ma'am? May I ask a question? Why is a member of the glorious Hiragi family occupying the meager rank of sergeant?SHINOA: I like how the word rolls off the tongue.
Another Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign fan art! I had absolutely no idea how to color this thing, messed around a little, and somehow this happened... I'm planning to do other Seraph characters in this style as well. I'm working on Mitsuba's now and have Yoichi's, Kimizuki's, and Yu's planned out.
What kind of series has a troll-type character as its female lead anyway?

This is really cute; the clouds around Shinoa resemble fox tails which fits her personality really well; she's a real foxy little lady lol.

Thank you so very much! It's digitally painted, if that counts. I never really did too much with paints IRL. I always preferred dry media since it was less messy.
The others were a lot of fun to design. Yu's was difficult, and I'm still lost on Mika's but am playing with ideas here and there. I should be able to probably finish the black and white of Mitsuba's tomorrow after exams. But that depends on how functional I am after testing for six hours, which may not be very functional at all.

Yu is pretty tricky, but i would think Mika would be the hardest to get his expression right. Ugh, exams in the summertime. Sorry to hear that.

Not the expressions necessarily, but the layout and scene. Setting up the locations and surroundings and their poses is the tricky part. I want them to suit the characters. Also, coloring because I have no idea what I'm doing.
Yep. 6 hours of exams, and now I have to write a one-page paper using 2+ academic sources on every single question I got wrong. I think I need to play some Rocky theme music in the background or something to keep me going... Probably won't get to work on any drawing until Friday, and that will only be because I prescribe a break for myself for a couple of hours on Friday afternoons. I also have to give a lecture/do a presentation tomorrow morning. Delicious. Not to mention memorizing a bunch of hypertensive and hyperlipedemia drugs by tomorrow evening. And I'll be at school for 12 hours tomorrow and Thursday each. Not to mention, I have a bunch of studying for other stuff that I need to do as well. On the bright side, I'm not giving any more lectures or presentations after tomorrow?
Ugh. Sometimes, I just kinda want to crawl into a hole and die.
Maybe. I'll have to actually finish them all first, and who knows when that'll actually happen?
