You heard right! That was the Speed Force fomula, recited by none other than Jesse Chambers, AKA Jesse Quick!!

Jesse Quick was taught the formula that her father, Johnny Quick created which gave him super speed, and become a superhero himself. However, while it worked on her, she opted to continue her education rather than become a costumed crimefighter. However, three close friends of the family had a profound impact on her: Jay Garrick, Barry Allen and Wally West. All of whom carried the mantle of the Flash: The Fastest Man Alive! One day, when her father was on work with the Justice Society, Jesse decided to use her super speed to saving her parents. Jay Garrick saw promise in her, and told Wally West, who was now the Flash, about her. As Wally knew what it was like to be a teenage speedster during his days as Kid Flash, he offered Jesse the chance to use her speed to good use. At first, Jesse declined, but after her father sacrificed himself to save her from the villain Savitar, and became one with the Speed Force, Jesse immediately accepted Wally's offer, which still stood, to live up to her father's legacy. And so she took up the nickname Jesse Quick, and became a new member of the newest iteration of the Teen Titans!

For this iteration of Jesse, I decided to give her a costume inspired by the one she wore as Flash in the Ame-Comi series, but with elements of her costume from Devin Grayson's take on The Titans. She's the best friends of both Irey West (Impulse), and Bart Allen (Kid Flash). Her mentee is none other than Flash (Wally West), since she can relate to all 3 of them in terms of being a teenage speedster. She and Impulse are also on the track & field team, since her favorite sport is pole-vaulting. However, she also has superhuman strength from her mother, Liberty Belle. Of course, being a speedster, she also has a huge appetite, while amazingly, she doesn't gain weight at all, due to her constant running.
