3rd of the Spyro mermaids, this one being from Season of Ice, along with another, Queen Stacey (differnt Stacey, with an 'e') in Watertopia. Though, as with Lily and Stacy, they'll both be relocated to Dragon Shores. Steffi originally had green hair and a seashell bra and tail, so I swapped out the pigtails for ringlets with flowers. And her tail is more along the lines of a traditional mermaid tail, albeit with some alteration.
