Handlers Notes: Astro is similar to his father in that he knows to flaunt what he's got. He's always willing to flirt with the ladies, in estrus or not. He's good with all people as long as they're willing to pet him. He loves being groomed, and it's one of the things he's willing to stand still for hours for. He's very good with any animal in the vicinity. He doesn't like getting dirty, though he'll do it for work- but he expects a long grooming afterwards to the point where he might be reluctant to move from the spot if it doesn't match his idea of 'long enough'. That said, he's fairly easy to bribe, much to his rider's amusement.
He's very alert, not much gets past him- especially if it's someone else getting attention. He could technically be considered a bit needy. When it comes to working, as long as his rider isn't lagging about, he'll gladly throw himself into any situation boldly. He works well with determined and mature riders. A hesitant rider throws off his game and he will refuse jumps if a rider is too anxious about it.
