Pandy and Retro from the movie Dead Leaves..which is insane, by the way.
Its like... FLCL times 10 scrunched into 50 minutes of seizure-inducing animation. I love it though. And they draw the sound effects in! Actually if the makers of Fooly Cooly weren't involved in making Dead Leaves I'd be sorta surprised.
Honestly though, I'd be hesitant to recommend it to too many people. Its really weird.
Anyways, this was fun, especially on the bullet shells on the bottom.
Cant think of anything else..
I had a weird dream last night that I shaved off my eyebrows and then aliens attacked the earth.. I woke up right before I died. I take that as a sign to not shave off my eyebrows.

Also, is it just me, or has it been really freakin hard to get views on a picture right after submitting it, lately? Are people just not browsing like they used to??

I just saw it yesterday and was just like "....uh, wow. okay." haha it was insanely brilliant and spasmotardic...and I loved Retro best. Him and his boxers...and the guy with the drill-penis kind of...creeped me out. lol I like your picture, too. very nice. Definitely Dead Leaves.

Dead Leaves is easily my most favorite anime movie. i LOVE the animation in it especially.

I like this. I like dead leaves. It makes sense no? But still, it captures their characters well.

Haha, I know a few other good movies, but nothing quite as overwhelmingly epic! Tekkonkinkreet is always a good one, as is Paprika... or anything by Satoshi Kon, the director of Paranoia Agent and Tokyo Godfathers n such.. Also, the series Gurren Lagann isn't out in the states yet, but it's pretty neato! And Samurai Champloo is always a favorite

Annnd sadly I can't think of anything else worthwhile!

Heh, I think its more that people dont browse the recently submitted stuff like they used to, for one reason or another. I think a lot of it has to do with dA's current layout. what's displayed on the front page has a gigantic effect on where the attention goes. Generally, a lot of people wont browse what's not displayed directly in front of them. Which is understandable, but really a destructive system. blah!
All I know is that when I first joined my art was crap, and I got more instant views than now, when my skill's twice as good. Something aint right!
