It's good. But it needs, like, a sweet backgrund, and good lighting/shadingg in order to be great... I think that you did an excellent job on the pose, though, and the only problem I have with it is that you made flygon's wings bat-like, instead of their usual diamond-like shape. Also, where the tail meets the body, the lineart is a little wonky.
