Man, it'd be cool to live up there! A little precarious and perhaps a bit scary if there's a windstorm, but definitely awesome most of the time!

That's really nice for three hours! I'd suggest a few more elements to hint at what might be going on with the structure, but just the fact that it's there does make me think there's a story going on.
