Description
Feeling the spring ^^Acrylic on stretched canvas 45x60 cm / 18x24"
Materials used: drywall, gesso, metal, aluminum foil, thread, gloss medium, acrylic paints, newspaper, sand and more..
On the top left it's a drawing of mine that I transferred onto the painting.
The stripes on the right side of the "tree" are sewn.

Wow, this really draws the viewers eye to so many different things - shapes, textures, colours, ambience. As for me personally, the atmosphere of the whole piece makes keeps me wondering about where this is taking place, what exactly is happening, and if there is an extra implied symbolism behind each action.

your art speaks more than words ever could. the emotions portrayed in your painting are deep and complex; they simply stir my soul. i am taking acrylic painting this quarter and if i can develop a style that even begins to express even a fraction of the emotion that your work does, i will be happy <3

I would like to say this is one of my favorites, but I do love all your pieces and as such, love this. It is a good choice of feature. And a good time to be featured. Streaks of vivid green spiral up the sky and stretching off the earth huddle round an explosion from the dark cast over the open space which pops skyward and spreads into vivid branching change of shape and color. It is a compelling capture of the feeling of transformation. The feeling of it is alot to be captured and moreso to be held still in a frame. It is indeed beautiful.
