well that certainly took long enough, me.'s birthday pic. Jessica wanted something displaying Kalaya's pyromaniac ..le.. tendencies. pyromanical? that's not a word at all. anyways. i like how her hair and face came out and i think we all already know about my general failure with inorganic objects but jeez that's some horrible fire. it actually looks better here because i got to mess w/ it in photoshop, but the actual picture has better colors irl so i guess it sort of makes up for it. .. maybe. i used way too dark of a marker for the shading on her fur. i need to write down which colors i use for what. oops.
anyways. happy (late) birthday to the jessicar. i hope your next year is full of hugh laurie and movies that don't suck.
kalaya belongs to , art is mine. please don't use/take either, thanks. inked w/ microns, colored w/ prismacolor markers. faving w/o commenting is boo yaddayadda.

it's not really a mixed message, generally when people like things enough to fav them they don't have things they want to critique in them. that and people don't seem to understand what 'critique' means and a plethora of other reasons that's checked.

Great picture overall. I love the lighting and the textured look of her pants in particular.
Also the fire looks alright, I've seen those butane lighters look exactly like that if the little switch is cranked all the way up. And it looks like maximum fire is exactly what she's going for anyway.
