Description "GARBAGE SHARK"

CLASS: GARBAGE

A dangerous by-product of monster creation that has bred out of control. Born from decaying flesh and chemical wastes, Garboid follow a fish-like anatomy but may incorporate tissues from any organic matter they consume. Like zombies, their bodies are in a constant state of outer decay, rejuvenating from a living core as the monster feeds. They prefer tunnel through soil or trash with their powerful jaws, but can slither rapidly on a layer of their own filthy juices and even float short distances.

Garboid are most common in the Garbage Sea, an expansive swamp of scrap metal, sewage and other waste dating back thousands of years. Locals tell tales of a Garboid so monstrous that the ruins of an entire town are part of its internal structure.

-------------------------------------------

I've been immediately dissatisfied with every drawing of Garboid until this one. Here's the last version for reference:

I'm noticing that I keep drawing cleaner, with darker lines and fewer itchy details. I honestly always buried my drawings in details to compensate for a complete lack of confidence in my designs and linework, so the more I like what I do, the cleaner and cartoonier it looks. There's less stuff stuck in this Garboid, but I like it better with just a few really odd things.

It's better than the old version! and it seems a...leviathan. Wow, it's a bit legendary.

Some of that garbage is bound to come alive, given how much is dumped...

My favourite part about this bony feller is the plunger

really? How is it even that different besides being goopier and a little more active-looking now? 0o

Old one was honestly crapola to me, couldn't stand it!

I'm not sure. This one is kinda "hollow" looking I guess. The old one looked "jucier" to me.

Love it far more than the riginal.
You should really try to diversify your teeth designs.

I have some, but I wanted to keep this one's mouth the same as it always was.

This new version really looks like it could do what it was intended to do, namely, swim and crash through solid layers of filth.

The hand fins look really cool and I like all the flies buzzing around it, nice work.

Holy crap, that is creepy awesome.

I am liking the latice-work structure where the Head meets the body and the teeth (Oh god, the teeth)
