The Wrath of Parousia
The Wrath of Parousia are the main antagonists of Final Fantasy Cross Season 1. They are all Infected by the Will of Parousia (which is essentially the "final boss" of Season 1); however, they differ in that they all possess extremely powerful Hyperions and maintain a slight sense of self (their personalities). They command those legions of victims who have been driven insane by the Will but were too weak to maintain their egos. They are based on the forbidden continent of Gedrir within the abandoned Yvirr Castle….

Id
Age: unknown
Hyperion: Grim Reaper, the Black Wind
Element/God: Shadow/Kefka
Weapon: Fists (melee)
Color: Red
Originally From: Xenogears

Also known as "The Demon of Elru" and the "Black Wind," Id is the crimson-haired leader of the main villains of Season 1, the Wrath of Parousia. Id is completely amoral, lacking any sort of feelings aside from the desire to kill. A dangerous man leading a pack of already ferocious warriors, oddly enough he has the manners and the mind of a child. He plays with his victims and treats his genocidal mission as a deadly game….

Not much is known about Id's past. At the beginning of the series, Bart and Auron of Fraughfield's Secret Service apprehend him, linking him with the mysterious plague of insanity spreading throughout the land. (Rather, I should say Id had allowed them to apprehend him.) While in holding, Id cackles endlessly, uttering the same cryptic predictions about a "Will" and a coming "Rebirth." His puzzling language stumps all those who interrogate him, but he is definitely connected to the plague. The infected patients in the hospitals and asylums also mumble about a "Will." However, the only difference is that this Id seems to have a relatively stable mind, unlike the others….

Id's Hyperion is Grim Reaper, granting him the power of death and placing him under the sign of Kefka (Shadow). His mere presence decays anything around him, living or nonliving. His touch kills; his veil of black mist instantly rusts metal and erodes away stone. One could say he is the embodiment of death…. The only man who can withstand his touch or his "black wind" is the mysterious Grahf , who wears a special bodysuit immune to Id's power.

Id is originally from the RPG Xenogears, and he is voiced by me. His Wrath costume deviates from the others slightly as he is the leader; his sleeves are long and billowy, concealing his arms and slinking to the floor. The reason for this is his intense power—one touch can instantly kill or decay.
