If the dex entry really says that I believe Hydreigon really does eat anything. But I still think they prefer muffins.

Well, still kinda surprised. I thought you Finnish people had already seen enough snow, mountains and vikings without that game
Well, if I don't screw up this year I might have time during the summer break, but I might just turn into a working maniac then to get my portfolio together (up to now, not a lot of stuff in there that I'm proud of, let alone want to show to companies). Work out some of my rejected concepts (I really wanna make my cartoony metal girl that I had to scrap Don't go looking around, it's not on the internet (yet)). By the way, have you seen this yet? [link]
I'm just pretty amused by the bugs people find in Skyrim (and the ragers on ps3 that say it got 2006 graphics. That's what you get from consoles). One of my friends is playing it and screencaps every bug she finds, but unfortunately she hasn't found any "unusual" bugs. Just the regular clipping issues etc. Youtube is full of Skyrim hilarity, though
Wow, that's great. I finally finished baking my normal maps today, and I'm busy texturing it now (painting a transparent jelly-like skin with visible muscle tissue under it is NOT simple if you're not among the good painters. Add the stretching from the unwraps and it becomes puzzling. Yeah, if you know some cool tricks or tuts please share (even just for painting muscles or so, just don't bother about the highlights. Spec, Gloss and Normal maps got that covered for me soon ) Now let's do a bit of cooking...
Hey, I say we hijack a dragon and fly off to see it! Like in that Dreamworks movie, only with a Skyrim dragon xD

I don't know about other Finns but I love snow, mountains and vikings and I fell in love with Skyrim's world. I hope you can get all those things done! Sounds like you're working on a lot of projects. Also, I hope you'll be able to start Skyrim soon.
I'm repeating myself, aren't I. Well, at least I'm making myself clear - Skyrim is definitely worth playing. It does take a lot of time so it's wise to wait 'til you have the time.
Also, no I haven't seen (heard, whatever) that cover before but it's pretty awesome!
Skyrim bugs are so hilarious but personally I think they make the game even better. Somehow. I guess it's the amusement.
I'm afraid I'm a little late with my reply, I'm not sure if you need any tutorials anymore. I feel bad for procastinating replying so much. (I actually cleaned up my messages a while ago and found some of your replies I never replied to but since they were from months ago I just deleted them. Sorry for not replying to them.) Anyway, I've learned that that (one of) the best way to learn how to draw/paint muscles is to have a live model (I've drawn a couple of those at school - it's quite amusing, actually, other students at the uni struggle with math and the likes and we spend our days drawing nude models. |D) but I'm sure there are good muscle tutorials around if you enter the right words and hit search. I can't think of any right now, sorry.

And these are just the projects that I can do on my own. Right now two of my friends are planning to build an old school 2D Japanese RPG (type Final Fantasy, but the GOOD ones), and I'll probably jump in for spriting work. Saddest thing is that I came up with a huge idea for a multiplayer game, but we'd need a big studio and lots of money for developing that unfortunately (yes, I tend to think in triple A games). Epic cover is killing epic
They sure might be hilarious (trolls ragdolling in the sky, as in 50 meters above the ground), but games like Skyrim are meant to be immersive and I play them as such, and there's enough stuff that completely kills that. For example (this was also in Oblivion) enemy awareness. Bandits are by far the most stupid blokes I've ever seen. EVER. You shoot their buddy right between the eyes only a meter away from them and they'll go "I better cut down on the ale. Starting to see things." Lights suddenly turn dark (one of my favourite ways to let my prey know SOMETHING is at them) but they continue as if sudden nightfall is the most normal thing in the world to happen.
Tutorials are always welcome, even though all those deadlines have passed. It's no problem, you're one of the more popular (and therefore, spammed) members here on DA. It's only normal you sometimes get more than you can handle
There seems to be a misinterpretation here, I wasn't merely looking for visible anatomy, I was looking for the red, bloody, stringy and sinewy stuff that you see when you rip someone's skin off. I have had some live drawing myself as well (shame it's over, I could still use more practice at anatomy and when doing live I at least don't fail completely. Actually got a few decent speedpaints up here from one session). Good times, good times.

That sounds pretty cool! Too bad you can't execute your plan, old school 2D Japanese RPG's seem so cool (no, I actually never had a chance to play any).
Yeah, true. Bandits are indeed really stupid, maybe not as bad as you describe them. Maybe they fixed it a little in Skyrim. Hard to tell for I haven't played Oblivion yet. In Skyrim I can approach a Bandit with my weapon drawn, ready to strike and they just stand there saying stuff like "Last warning, back off" before they attack - and before it's too late.
That's good to hear, I'm relieved. ^^ I really wonder what it's like with the very popular deviants. I bet it's a hundred times worse.
Anyway, I realized that when I hit the send button and it was too late to correct. I don't recall seeing any muscle tissue tutorials but posemaniacs.com has plenty of anatomy/pose references and most of the models have visible muscle tissue. I think it's a pretty useful site.

Yeah well, I'm in a very gloomy gothic horror mood lately (playing Castlevania, the current Magic The Gathering set Innistrad also revolves about the whole gothic horror thing, and of course I have my "natural disposition" towards zombies, vampires and werewolves ) so I got the idea of making a game where players get divided between several groups: Vampire, Werewolf, Human, Zombie or Ghost. Each of these would have a unique play style and community and pitted against each other in several scenario's. Vampires for example can build huge manors that can be attacked by the others to try and get some treasure, so the Vampire can use minions to defend his manor and serve as the "final boss" himself. Humans on the other hand are assigned to towns that they need to keep running and protected from the various attacks of any creature. Werewolves would gather in packs, defending their territory from hunters and raiding towns for food. Note that all this would be mainly Player versus Player action, with minimal bots included (the vampire's minions and some human townsfolk could be bots for example, but the rest would all be players).
Well, I haven't played many either. Last holiday one of these friends borrowed me his psp with FF9 on it, which was actually my very first FF game. Before that I played some webbased remakes of old JRPG's, but never the real deal except for Lost Odyssey (which isn't old school at all ). If you'd like to try a relatively recent and good one, try Lost Odyssey from the same makers (steer clear from the more recent FF-games, they are apparently competing for the title of "worst game ever")
Oh so they warn you in Skyrim? In Oblivion they'd just shout and charge at you. Sometimes it made me wish there was an insult button in Oblivion.
Oh I'm pretty sure they don't reply to most of their mail. I'm already pretty amazed when I fave a DD and the owner thanks me for it.
Then again, I gave up on thanking every fave on my Animus Brushes a long time ago as well.
Yes, Posemaniacs can clearly show you the structure, but not quite the texture (which was the stuff I was struggling with the most). Anyway, I found just enough ref to get something okay-ish out of there, so now I'll just have to wait 'till wednesday before I know whether or not I passed. Gonna be a slaughter for most of my subjects though <.< Last exams were a nightmare.
