Right up until end of lambda core, I laughed at the splatterfest I caused as I exploded every corpse I could find, stepped every roach I could kill and killed every scientist who wasn't important to the plot. Funny thing is the npcs in black mesa were human enough I refused to kill them like in the original. Great pic btw.

I didn't touch it for a while, but then I got a copy in 2003 and started playing it. I managed to beat the final boss too at one point.

final boss was a wrinkled baby with a giant head... strange choice for an alien.

Just started playing Half life again, myself! Very cool designs, my favourites are probably the Vortigaunt and the Alien Grunt!
The way you've drawn Gonarch reminds me of the Collector General from Mass Effect 2, though it's probably because of the similar shaped head.

must be the eyes and the head. mine is more of a mushroom and a crab (insect merged with fungus sort of creature) and the eyes were meant to be inside the cap like a knights helmet.Β

Wiki says that creature was to literally "rape" the player, holding them with its tentacled arms until the point of fatal copulation. Sounds normal for today's games but probably too wild back then
