This is interesting and reminds me of my own experience. In my experience, I didn't really "see" three great beings but rather felt that they were there. At the time I knew that everything in reality that I knew (all matter, space, rivers, mountains, planets, the universe, etc.) was actually all joined together as the skins of these three creatures and each time one of them stumbled while walking, some great cataclysm was caused in our reality. Anyway, this reminded me of it very much, awesome work

Maybe you can tell me, every Salvia bit of art I've ever seen has the eye-people...why? Is it something everyone really sees? I'm almost afraid to try Salvia because of the art....big-eye-people staring at me is not what I need.
...I think I'd cry. I love this painting though, I love the emotion behind it.

I can't say this is much like my own personal experiences but I know it's close to what my brother described his to be like. Whereas my journey was clearly distracted by the lights and colours of my room, his was dark and solitary - where he felt that others were telling him that his existence was not real, even going as far to say that I myself was "in" on the lie that he was not alive. I think it scared him a little.

this is pretty good 'examination' visually. you can tell when someone's been experienced. for most of the works i see they're either good.. or misplaced.. now i see something that is more or less exact.. it's one thing.. the moment inside your mind trying to share what it was you became while under it's persuasion.

oh no, too critical you are but then again that's what makes a great artist.
communication can be hard, yet i know and you know art's translation is 'universal'....
i got the point.. shortly after i seen it i assumed.. is this a divinorum expression... yes, it is.
i seen much divinorum art.. and context.. most of it sucks. very few and far between does it communicate..
as you may well know.. i'm sure it's not the fault of the artists... since after you come back 'home' from a trip.. you can't quite put it into any tangible format.
which really sucks for me.

I would be lying if I were to say I am comfortable with the shift salvia can induce, but as terrifying as your experience is I wonder if you realize how easily your description could be mistaken for falling asleep? With salvia atleast we can go in with a semblance of perception and return quite quickly with our impression. With sleep we are gone for many hours and are lucky if we come out with a few dreams!I try hard not to fear it, but letting go, especially of your own 'self', does take some getting used to

its hard to say because even when you let go it can still be rather terrifying at times, but thats by far the most common hurdle and one I struggle with personally still despite how many visits taken, and your description sounds the same. The ego will create all kinds of issues to scare you into thinking something 'not right' is happening, I think to some degree it has to because thats its very nature, I find my journeys (before, during and after) are usually a non stop struggle with paranoid thoughts that I have to continuosly squash as they surface. Its not easy embracing madness
A friend of mine became quasi religious after many trips, its not for everyone for sure.

i have two drawings on my page of my salvia experience back when i first tried it also. just did it again tonight. such a weird feeling, but i think that i've not done a strong dosage before. and your imagery of your vision or what you felt during it here is just amazing. you used acrylics too? damn good.
...and what kind of site is this? deviant art has an emoticon to someone tripping off of pills? what would be cool would be one of the yellow face guys smashing his own face on a rock.
