Description The Marksman was commissioned by pennswoods at LJ/IJ - she's perhaps better known as Snapecast's Shannon . Shannon launched 'my' Snape nose as Snapecast's logo, something that is still a source of pride and delight to me . It makes me very happy to think that one of my Inky Snapes will reside with her!

Snape as teacher is ... well, what can I say? His classroom attitude never fails to bring a smirk to my face, much as I would have hated to be one of his students .

I love your Snape, his classroom style reminds me of a drill sargent. He is such the soldier and treats his students like recruits, adn his grading style is classic!

I like that you didn't draw the ink in the ink bottle because the red in that one concentrated place is really powerful!

Wow! Absolutely love everything about this!

Such a clean, graphic style with just enough detail! Does the red quill turn his ink red? I noticed it's not red in the inkpot. That completely works...the quill he used for marking, so naturally it would only write in red!

The nose, chin, jawline, cheekbone, hair tucked behind ear, claw-like fingernails - oh I just love it all!!

I didn't know what podcasts were until Shannon contacted me about the nose . You can download Snapecast at [link] , or at Snapecast's LJ, IJ or Facebook. You can listen to it through Windows Media Player or Quicktime on your computer, or download it to an iPod or mp3 player. I haven't got either of those, but I downloaded a nifty little free program called WinPodder (at winpodder.com).

Snapecast is really great. It's no longer a monthly show, alas, but it still continues. It's of much better quality than Mugglecast, I think. Have a try!

Thank you very much! I do have an Ipod, use it as the home stereo mainly, but learned about Podcasts from the Itunes software.

I tried to make the left hand something special . I love hands, even though I find them difficult to do.

...I did think about making the ink red, but I thought it would detract from the effect of the red quill. So it turned into magical ink instead .
