You can always make a survivor character later, to my knowledge there isn't a limit to characters. At the moment I've got my two survivors, one of which will hit zombie after awhile.

I thought there was a level you had to achieve before you could throw in a new peep?

I've read the rules like eight times AND I STILL FORGET.

I think I'll stick with zomble until I have my survivor sorted.

Yes, but I don't think it matters how many characters you make, as long as you've attained the rank.
