I've been watching a lot of Death Battle lately. I seriously love these things. Here we have the fight between the T-X/Terminatrix from The Terminator: Rise of the Machines and Fulgore from Killer Instinct.

Why they should fight – Both are cold-hearted, unfeeling, top of the line killing machines built for combat and destruction with an assortment of weapons and methods to kill and destroy anyone they come across.

Battle scenario – Skynet wants new weapons for the war against the humans. Learning of Ultratech's secret weapon, it sends a T-X to recruit Fulgore, through reprogramming if necessary.

Predicted winner – I know my decision is going to get a lot of hate, but I'm going with the Terminatrix. Fulgore is a most formidable opponent with a lot of weaponry and firepower, but the Terminatrix was specially designed specifically to destroy other Terminators. A lot of their weaponry is the same, including their specialized plasma blasts, but the Terminatrix was built and programmed to face off against other machines, while Fulgore is meant to face various different opponents. You could argue that this would give Fulgore an advantage since he has a broader range of programming to take down different opponents, but he's still up against someone specifically meant to take down someone like him. Even the T-800 Terminator stated that it would be unlikely that he would find a way to stop her, and it essentially took an explosion from a hydrogen fuel cell shoved into her mouth to finally finish her off, while Fulgore has been defeated by far less. And lets not forget that the Terminatrix is also capable of taking over, corrupting, controlling, and reprograming other machines, and would be able to do the same to Fulgore as well. When it comes down to it, the Terminatrix was just the more advanced machine, programmed to take out other machines. Winner, Terminatrix.
