Wow, I love this! It's really nice to see Demona. Most people overlook or ignore her, if they even know who she is, because she's from a show/series rather than a movie. Well done!

Whew! Almost done! I love how Belle's cut is reminiscent of her ballroom dress, Demona's is gothic, Kid's one-armed asymmetry fits with her culture's oddities and extoticism, Maid Marian was humanized well (I agree about the short hair thing) and you did well in recreating her 'real' dress, and Charlotte is still bubbly and feminine.

I have a pet theory that the reason Demona wears that crown thingy is because her brow ridges got damaged or outright severed in a battle, but if Angela's facial structure is any indication, maybe they're just really, really subtle.

Very nice ^^ I don't know if you've heard this yet, but on one of the latest edition's of Beauty and the Beast There was a storyboard for an alternate version of the film, in it they celebrated Belle's birthday in which she was turning seventeen.
And yes Lottle always remined me of Marilyn Monroe.
Excellent work!

Better you removed the crown in the first place. It might steal attention away from the dress.

I think Aurora was out at 16 in the living in the forest bit, and spent 4-7 years in the whole comatose state thing. And the wanted her to be percieved as having aged into a woman in the coma. I think. I couldn't be sure though, it's beeen so long since I've seen the film.
No way is Snow 14.

Aurora and Snow White do not marry. They come of age, becoming crown princesses of their kingdoms. A lot of people misunderstand.

Ah, yeah, but those where written back in the day, like, Sleeping Beauty wasn't originally woken with a kiss.
In some versions, it was actually the going into labour that woke her.

Because this is the older Disney girls being sexy. I am not going to do that for an under 16 year old. If you want to commission me for one of them, I'll do it, but only if I age them up.

The only thing I can say...about Demon yes, is that she looks nothing like Demona, minus the coloring. That's it :/
I know what episode you are talking about though. It's where they arrive Paris, and Demona marries MacBeth, and Thailog is in it and yeah. Leave it at that incase anyone who is reading this BY CHANCE hasn't seen it.
The episode name is "Sanctuary"

1) Theoretically, Demona doesn't have brow ridges, or they are very slight. The tiara is worn as a tribute to Goliath.
2) There is a tidbit of information on a 2012 release of the rest of the series.

As I have been doing for years, fingers crossed but not holding my breath.
3) Wonderful job on your black dress pieces.

Nope. And it most likely won't be. They stopped making them. I find that really fkin retarded. They should of never started if they weren't going to finish. I did find the episodes online somewhere, I just can't remember where.

Well someone already figured it out, but when I said not one of Walt's, I meant he passed before she was made, because all characters from 1966 to now aren't Walt's.

All right, I tried looking around and after I actually looked at it full size I saw the ring. I kept looking for like not disney animated movies before the Little Mermaid... and either they are translated animes, or don't exist.
That ring, however, was given to Maid Mariem by Robin Hood in the woods.
... I had a face-palm moment

Off model? what do you mean by off model?
Because i wasn't trying to draw the girls EXACTLY as they are in the movies
I was only trying to keep a small semblance to their original design
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
DenisDlugas In reply to Silverwingfox [2011-06-29 18:24:17 +0000 UTC]
Off model is the general term for characters that does not look like they should compared to the offical Disney model sheets. That's was off model means
So who's the other girl?
