wow, the badger king will be pleased! he likes his scones with clotted cream and berries, usually as an offering but he will occasionally sit and have a lapsang tea with the occasional weary traveller

...and I loved the bucket full of ankles, such a nice gift

im so glad i stopped watching tv two years ago... everythin on tv is getting more and more severe, more in your face. i guess the moral of most of my older pieces is that we are powerless against nature i guess

Human nature, at least. Only a human could think of feeding one of his own to an enemy to gain appeasement. Animals at least fight for their homes, from the lowest, base instinct driven ants to even simple hooved animals like buffalo or birds like geese.

yeah i always say we aint the most intelligent species since we created war, religion and agriculture... then let em all get outta hand.

Truth. I love Patton Oswald's view on "Skycake" - best discussion of religion's utility in old times, and its failures as it splintered.

have you ever seen the film zeitgeist? would thouroughly recommend it you would probably just sit there going "yeah, that figures " like my girlfreind and i did, but its good to hear someone put it all in one place. can find it on youtube in parts, and occassionally you can find it in one two hour clip but youtube is always pulling it down because of its implications.
like i say well worth the time if you can be bothered hearing it all come together as it were.

I feel as if there is some kind of supernatural being above, but if there truly is an infinite presence in the universe, any simple 4 dimensional construct like a human being (place, width, depth and time) is going to be woefully inadequate at translating the concept. As such, I cherry pick the least humanized and least intolerant aspects of dozens of religions.

I'll hunt down Zeitgeist.

yeah we actually possess more like 8 or 9 nine dimensions, and we are all capable of experiencing them all if we open ourselves to it...
its like bandwidth frequencies on a radio, we can tune our brains to pick up the other dimensions if we know where to look. with the dimension of sound it is vibration, with sight it is light.
with others the focus is the opposite bandwidths,
there is one in darkness quite easy to find, which i like to call the intuitive nature or dimension, where we can see future events just by picking up the right shade in the mind.
its kinda hard to explain in just words.
and the film is definately worth it

I've been following a Vlog called Imagining the 10th Dimension.

One thing I've considered about strange phenomena like precognition or telepathy and most especially ghosts is that these are related to higher dimensional awareness. In one of my most recent novels, I had ghostly phenomena actually be the tesseract of a normally human entity trapped in a higher dimension due to a teleportation accident.

It was some big, exciting conceptual work for me, despite being a simple little action novel. Google Outlanders:Cradle of Destiny and you'll get to the book as it only came out a short while ago.

And as I don't get a cut of the sales, do what you need to to grab a copy for yourself as an e-reader, or just send me a note where to toss you my original manuscript.

You really should think of going into the book writing/illustrating business. Bet you'd sell fast. :3
