Description

Fragile, relatively small Dragon species (about the size of a small dog) These creatures feed simmilarly to vampire bats. Their chin thorn is incredibly sharp but sturdy, and is used to inflict a gash in the intended victim, from which they lap up the blood with a long, thin tongue. Luckily, These critters usually live a more parasitic lifestyle on huge animals who basically dont feel the (to them) small gashes. The are incredibly light boned and their upper jaws specifically are fragile tothe point where a direct biting attack would end up in disaster for them. Their Lower jaw is more robust, but still not fit for biting down and clinging to struggling prey. despite their teeth, their secondary food source is soft fruits and berries. They can, however, inflict serious injuries with their chin thorn and small but sharp claws when provoked.
