Description Curia was in disbelief at what she was seeing.   Spiderwoman was on the verge of being defeated in mere seconds by some green-skinned girl whose name was on the tip of her tongue.  Her bikini-like attire seemed wrong, but there was something about her that Curia recognized.   She's Galora, she told herself, her epiphany right but for a letter.

Her eyes widened and she gasped at the blow that came next.  Hera, that's gotta hurt, she thought, wincing involuntarily between her legs.

Spiderwoman somehow dodged Gamora’s heel kick at the proverbial last instant.  Her momentum continued as she snaked her body forward in a blur.  One hand darted around and behind her opponent to grip the firm butt-cheek of the emerald-skinned warrior.  Her balance now anchored, her other hand, curled into a fist, jack-hammered her square between the legs.  An earsplitting scream erupted with the first blow.  Each subsequent punch contorted Gamora’s face in agony as well as making her stance wobble precariously more and more.  Meanwhile Spiderwoman smiled oddly, if not manically, as she wailed away.  Although her binds prevented it, Curia wanted to fist pump the part-time Avenger's comeback.

Thanks jimbor.   Always nice to hear from you.   I didn't like the way this one looked after I posted it.   SW seemed to be grabbing rather than punching.  So I just posted a brand new version.

You are welcome
Sorry I have been more frequent in my responses
things have been hectic and I have been unfocused
But I am trying to improve
I really the alt. piece you posted to fine tune the original The three new pictures really catch and depict the hopeful surprise of the captive amazon as she witnesses the sudden turn in the tide of combat Also it really displays the pain and dismay of the Green skinned gladiatrix as  the oppent she thought she had defeated launches a sudden and surprise counter attack , pounding away at a very tender and precious part of her anatomy And the picture also gives of a look at the  exhausted desperation of Spider woman and she summons up the absolute last of her strength and resolve to try one last attack
great picture Thank you for posting

I can definitely relate to you about responses.  Some days I have more time I am willing to spend, sometimes less.  And I have a hard time staying focused on stories to say the least.
Either I bite off more than I chew or I just feel like eating something else lol.  It's always nice to read your comments.  Feel free to nudge me about finishing anything too.

I am still trying to get back in the habit of regular responses .It is taking a long tome but I will not give up
your stories are great I am pleased you enjoy my comments
Since you asked I am most keen to read and see more of your excellent" Kidnapping Storm" adventure beginning with the captive  heroine  regaining consciousness while being transported in the back of the van and finding herself completely wrapped up inside a big rolled up foam rubber mat which is tightly cinched /secured at her ankles knees waist chest and shoulders  Her arms are held fast to her sides so she is unable to do any thing to free herself  Imagine what that does for her claustrophobia
She remains clad only in her skimpy alluring under wear  ( which she chose especially for her date ) Even so she sweating profusely
She is  gagged and so is unable to call for help even though she hears her captor  conversing with security guards and even police men  as the van stops at intersections and check points during her journey
She can not even scream
She has no idea what is going on or why  she has been kidnapped , but her agitated mind creates all sorts of terrible scenarios
Any way I hope my idle specializations were not out of line
Thank you so much for sharing your wrk

I will definitely try to get back to Storm with your suggestions.   I started that series using Poser, which I haven't touched in months now.   I've been using Daz Studio.   I've been meaning to fire up Poser again, so this is a good reason.     3D art can be frustrating because unlike traditional art, there are severe limitations on what you can do.  I get discouraged with it because I will have an idea but I can't make in work in 3D.   At least with writing, anything is possible.

Storm has always been one of my favorite superheroines.    That new X-Men movie apparently isn't getting great reviews, but I want to see it just for Storm (and Psylocke).   Are you planning on seeing it?

Wow
I am really flattered that you employ my suggestions in Storm's story when you get back to it
I have no  skills or abilities or experience  as an  artist ,but I do understand / appreciate  (from commissioning) the limitations of Three D art
I agree that in writing anything is possible ( provided you can motivate / force  yourself to get the words on the page/ screen
Storm is like wise my fave heroine , but I do not think she has had a good/ proper portrayal in the movies
I blame the  screen writers  and the directors more the actress I do not think that they ( the writers and directors ) ever understood or appreciated or respected the character   and had no idea of who she was or what was her potential   I do not think Halle Berry was ever given a chance
I am not hopeful about this new film and am in no hurry  to see it but I do like that the actress playing Storm has said she would very much like to do a Storm /Black Panther film
Thank you again for all the great material you have shared

I absolutely right about Halle Berry.

I was reading a lot of bad reviews about the new X-Men movie.   What I got was that the movie may be a very good comic-book adaption movie.   I like the Marvel films alright, but they try to appeal to a wide audience so they move far away from the source material.  This X-Men seems to really be rooted in the comics more than most are.   I'm debating whether or not to see it in the theater.

I am not hearing good things about the movie either
Every one seems to disappointed in the way Storm is presented
I am thinking it is the same old problem of the creative team having no understanding or appreciation of the character
I am thinking I will give it a miss and continue to save for the Black Panther movie

I hear that Black Panther came off very well in the new Capt. America movie.  I'm waiting to see it once it's released for home.

Speaking of Storm, I was doing some practice work in Poser.  I decided to use Storm and came up with this one of Storm:

The new Captain America movie was just about perfect to my eyes
I thought they did a great job of introducing and  depicting the Black Panther
I am now even more stoked for the Black Panther movie
Thank you for sharing these images of the beat down defeated Storm . I note she is decked out in her classic uniform and not that delightfully abbreviated variant we saw in those " chained up Storm gets her picture taken " image you posted earlier
Is this part of the official story
I can not help but speculate as what awaits the heroine when the white van arrives at it's destination
Any way Thank you for this look

That's good to know about the new CA movie.  Can't wait to see it when it comes out on blu-ray.

The new Storm pictures were just something I did for practice.   I might try to incorporate it into the story.

I love her classic uniform.  I have a separate cape that attaches to her wristbands.  It's more authentic but very hard to use.   Capes in 3d programs are hard to use.  They are usually very limited in movement.    I am always hoping that someone will come up with a solution for capes.  Batman's cape in the recent video games moves very realistically.  Anyway, lest I ramble on about capes, that abbreviated version of her costume did work nicely

I hope you will not have to long await for the Blu ray release
I understand about the practice pictures
I am very much looking forward to learning the fate you have planned for Ororo
All sorts of possibilities come to mind
A forced combat/  Slug fest  with one of the other snatched heroines
A race /obstacle course with all of the  other captive heroines
Some sort of endurance contest
Being forced to perform (strip)
All for the amusement of her captor (and his friends ?)
I hope my speculations were not out of line
I too like the character's classic uniform
I understand and appreciate the limitations and difficulties of the 3 D system
I thought the cape you used worked well

It should be soonish.  I find so strange these days that they do pre-orders for home release before movies have even left the theater.

BTW great suggestions.  When you mentioned race/obstacle course, I remembered this old X-Men storyline where Arcade kidnapped them and put them in a kind of obstacle course.   He shot Storm with a tranquilizer gun after she came out of the shower.  That was a hot scene of her in the shower. When she awakens in his trap, she's dressed in her costume.  sleepycomics.com/933

I agree .
Regarding the accelerated release dates I suspect that that the movie companies are anxious to maximize their income After all these movies are so  very expensive to make and so they need to get as much money as possible coming in as  possible
I will say that it is a bit jarring to see Blu Rays and DVDs of movies that have not yet been released  being solicited in the Previews catalogue
I am flattered and humbled that you liked my suggestions
That Storm in the shower scene you mention  from the Arcade story   was indeed hot .Thank you for the reminder .
I will keep it in mind
Looking forward to the upcoming  ongoing Storm story
