Description I live, despite the best efforts of my graduating semester.

More age progression! Just as monitor-stretchy! Nephele can be found elsewhere in my gallery, for the curious.

Age 5: Neph is a very happy, enthusiastic child. Not too terribly bright, but impossible to be depressed around. She's always good for a laugh, what with teleporting herself halfway through walls on a weekly basis.

Age 10: Still pretty upbeat, a mood that will dominate the rest of her life. Life in the mage underground is neither easy nor pleasant, but Nephele has always been very good at finding joy in small things. Having mastered her teleporting abilities, she is invaluable to the continued survival of the group; a go-fer no one can hit or stop.

Age 15: A lot of life changes ocurred between ten and fifteen; the mages were brought back into the public fold (due in no small part to her and Cade's work), many of them incorporated into the government to help ease the transition for others. Though she has a great deal of skill and experience in the field, most officials see the teenager before the knowledgeable mage. That is sooo aggravating.

Age 20: Operating in a less official capacity, she spends her late teens releasing long-bound gods around the planet. The freedom is welcome after the rigidity of military life, but maturity brings change, which means growing differently (although not necessarily apart) from companions Cade and Sinclair. Neph feels the strain the changes bring to their relationship more keenly than they do, but then, they're boys. Staying positive isn't as easy as it once was, but there are always the little things.

Age 25*: Madame Minister (and sometime Ambassador), if you please. Finally old enough in the eyes of society to be recognized for all her work, Neph accepts a position that plays to her greatest strength; charming people into listening to other points of view. Intuition and evasiveness are key here, but they are also skills she's spent her entire life perfecting. It helps when one has two fanatically overprotective cyborg 'brothers' to watch one's back.

Again with the sketchy, nebulous backstory that makes no sense to anyone out of my brainstorming loop (sorry...I don't mean to be exclusionary). I really like 15, but the others are kind of meh. However, I love the hairstyle and costume changes as she ages and moves around. Neph is such a favorite of mine, and always fun to dress up, for some reason.

I spent way more time than I should have on her skintone, trying new things. I don't know how I feel about the results yet...or the slapdashery of her hair and clothes. Bah, so many hours for so little result. But it was an excuse to experiment with PSCS2, which I find I enjoy! The tablet interface is so much smoother than PS6.
