So, here's what was in that gift Vinyl has been carrying around with her the entire time she was looking for Octavia. Octavipus and Vinyl Shark (I still don't get where Vinyl being a shark came from, but it works for me). I would have shown them earlier, but everyone said Vinyl should not open the present, and thus they stayed hidden.

Wow. Touching moment between the two of them and... Vinyl had to ruin it. I can't imagine how many times she's tried saying something like that and had it backfire, but she still tries anyways. Well, it'll work one day. Probably.

It's one of the features Octavia likes about Vinyl. She never gives up, and while Octavia may not openly approve, at least she knows that Vinyl always thinks of her first.
