Caballero came to the stables with Juan, who had owned him for quite a few years already, and was partly responsible for breaking him in. He's a perfect gentleman, and his attitude, combined with his soft, elegant gaits and love for jumping make him a favourite at the stables.
He has impeccable manners, both on the ground and under saddle - more than a few people have mistaken him for a gelding, so calm and quiet he is! He has the tendency to get nervous before competitions, but usually goes on to do his very best.
