interesting instrument. I saw some videos of it and it always amazed me the possibility to add effects on an instrument like that. a bit more saving and I'll have a volume pedal, so that I will make my electric guitar sound as a violin

I didn't know that with only a pedal you could turn an electric guitar in a violin!

well it isn't that much, but with a volume pedal you can simulate the attack of a bow, playing at zero volume and then rocking up the pedal to full volume. if it isn't clear let me know, I'll search some videos

I think the most important question remains unasked... How's it sound? I've been looking at that brand online and can't seem to find a solid, "tonally sound" or "sounds like a screeching cat in a tin can" statement.

Well that mostly depends, believe it or not, on the amplyfier you use.
If you have a good amplyfier and you can play the violin nice...then it will sound really great.
But if you're asking if this violin sounds better or worse than others...This is a cheap violin (250 € aprox) so there are many others that sound much better.
But I like it
