Overview/History:
Designed on the basis of the standard Type-45 class Cruiser, the Type-45ACS class Construction ship is a modified version of the Standard Cruiser. It is unarmed save for a minimial defensive armament. It stands out due to it's 6 large hanger pods each carrying 12 Type-05 class Construction units for a total of 72 units. It also sports a notable transparency on it's bow which is found lacking on military versions of the Type-45.

Weapon Systems: The Type-45ACS does not carry any weapons as it is not supposed to engage enemy forces and sticks to regular Jovian space.

Passive Defenses: The Jovian Type-45ACS class is fitted with only 1ft of Gravitonium armor and a single layer of Gravitonic Shielding mostly as the vessel itself is not designed to engage in combat.

Gravitonium Armor: A concept once thought impossible, innovations in material physics and particle confinement allows engineers to synthesize molecular chains of elementary gravitons. Gravitonium plating can generate useful gravitational fields within the hull, while on the outside a negative gravitational vector field comparable to the gravity well of a black hole is generated. There are few weapons in the galaxy that can even physically touch the outer plating.

Gravitonic Shields: These shields projecting entropic energy barriers around an object, to compress and annihilate elementary gravitons, resulting in a gravitonic flux that warps space time around the object. Incoming weapons fire powerful enough to pierce conventional shielding will encounter an infinitesimal region of positively warped space time powerful enough to deflect even superluminal projectiles. These shields could theoretically allow a ship to pass through a black hole’s event horizon, if you could find any volunteers.

Active Defenses: The Jovian Type-45ACS has 8 specially created Point Defense emitters with 4 on the Ventral side and 4 on the Dorsal side. The front 4 are Custodian Type Point Defense mount while the rear 4 are of the Flak Array variant. This is significantly less compared to the standard model.

4x Custodian Point Defense: This generation of point-defense uses advances in quantum field manipulation to allow each projectile to intercept incoming threats with nearly impossible accuracy. Each munition, containing confined gravitons, harnesses rapid graviton decay and the quantum field deformation created, to move the munition into the gravity fields generated by incoming threats at relativistic speeds.

4x Flak Arrays: These weapons utilize miniaturization technologies to establish arrays of smaller flak cannons, with a higher freedom of movement. 6x Catalyzed Cold Fusion Reactors: Catalyzed Cold Fusion reactors use muons instead of electrons asa the catalyst, allowing much higher results of fusion and increasing the reaction efficiency and power output, as well as retaining the safe nature of cold fusion.

Electronic Capabilities: The Jovian Type-45ACS is fitted with a pair of Multiphase Computer systems alongside 2 Graviton Cavitation Refractive Prismatic Sensor arrays but lacks the Crystalline Targetting Matrix due to the lack of offensive weaponry.

2x Graviton Cavitation Refractive Prismatic Sensors: Refractive Prismatic Sensors: Elementary gravitons released from local gravitational fields travel many times faster than light and, before now, remained entirely undetectable. By utilizing the capture and release of passing gravitons, the sensors are able to perfectly map local gravitational flux over a huge range, allowing these sensors to feed telemetry data into on board computer systems. Discrimination algorithms reveal unknown and useful spatial data around the gravity wells generated by stars and planets. The Cavitation installed into the sensors allow the ship to track ships hiding in subspace, weeding them out with ease. Crystalline layers added boost the broadcast signal across multiple systems with ease.

2x Multiphase Computers: Advances in predictive algorithms allow for specialized computer arrays that can stream spatial data from multiple quantum phases. Adjacent realities can be accessed by processing spatial phase data, allowing an onboard ship AI to sort through realities until it finds one where the future combat scenario occurred earlier. Correlating data from those adjacent realities in real time allos onboard AIs to react to future threats before they appear using successful tactics from adjacent realities.

Stealth Capabilities: The type-45ACS can enter a silent running mode in which only the basics of systems are operating. The aim is to reduce the ship's signature by masking it as being a piece of floating debris. The ship must shut off power to the engines and only have the maneuvering thrusters fire to keep the signature down. If it is discovered, the Stealth capability fades though it can be enhanced if the ship hides in a gas cloud, a nebula, an asteroid belt or within the tail of a comet.

Utility Capabilities: The Type-45ACS is fitted with 25 Tractor beam emplacements allowing it to help tow damaged ships back to the safety of allied territory. Iit also carries a special Intilizer Codex which allows the ship to help speed up the infrastructure on a planet or decrease build time of space stations throughout the system.

25x MK.5 Tractor Beams: Developed upon older models, the newly made Mk.5 tractor beam is the most common tractor beam used by Jovian ships. It creates a gravity bubble around the target allowing the ship to move it. It can be brought closer or pushed away depending on the setting set by the operator.

1x Initilizer Codex: A specialized codex that allows the Flagship to assist the planet's development and build powerful defense systems that last for a short period of time. Planets gain stability increase and crime decrease.

Troop Complement: The Type-45ACS Class forgoes all military equipment and drops the entire compliment of troops on board aside of it's security force.

Crew: The Type-45ACS Class carries 1500 Crew on board made up of 500 Officers and 1000 Enlisted crew.

Attack Craft: The Type-45ACS class has removed the hanger bay in favor of cargo in order for construction materials to be left on board. It carries up to 72 specally created drones based upon the older MQ-101 model drones but fitted with new engines and tractor beams plus plasma welder and other tools for deep space construction.

Type-05 Class Construction Drones: Designed around the now phased out MQ-101 series drones used by the military before the bombs fell, the new Type-05 drones are used for construction projects. They have been fitted with new impulse engines to replace their regular turbojet enginies along with a powerful plasma cutter and welder able to weld and cut large chunks of material when constructing a new space station in a system.

Speed and Engines: The Type-45ACS carries 6 Sublight engines along with 2 Graviton FTL drives and a single Graviton Jump Drive. The Engines are located on the back of the ship behind the heavy armor plates of the front so as to avoid damage from frontal assaults but it leaves the stern open to attack.

This cavity, existing for mere picoseconds and containing nothing but raw gravitonic flux, allows these drives to translate the local space-time continuum directly to the destination without the need to shred the ship’s quantum structure or filter the destination's quantum structure or filter the destination's quantum signature. Without complex mass-energy functions or energy streams, a true jump drive.
