I don't want to be drawn into the endless and, frankly, pointless debate about film vs. digital...However, I do love the excitement as I pull freshly developed negatives off the spool or even from watching the latent image appear from the ether in the dev' tray.
Total witchcraft, I swear.

Drinking in the darkroom, always a good plan.
In ours we have a cupboard with 'use in case of emergency' on the front and several cans inside, including a few special brews
