Hmmmhmhmhmh, I think i've been abandoning my fluffy friends *Benjydale and ~shiyakuri So I drew a little lilo for them

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww - cute overload Ally! <3 First of all, it's not often you see Lilo's eyes closed, so word up there! The pose is powerful and it somehow reminds me of Lilo's mum. Of course, I still like your colour styles, putting the criss-cross pattern into negative just before the borders. Very funky look. One question though - how did you get the drop shadow as a radial gradient? I think my Paintshop Pro can only do single-colour shadows, so I will be very interested to see what you did there. Aww Ally, you draw Lilo so much better than I do!

Yeah, I figured I hadnt drawn her for a while, so yeah
Oh and the shadow?
just draw the shadow on one layer, put a new layer above the shadow and set the layer setting to "hue"
then put a rainbow gradient on the hue layer
that should work
idk about psp so just try it?
