LET THE AWESOME WAVES BLOW YOUR MIIIIIND!!! Yeah, yeah, yeaaaah~Okay, my first seriously awesome deviation to this gallery! And I have to admit, despite the fact that it was originally going to be a very simple artwork of Ani being all 'Lolz hay gaiz, I'm getting my fluffy ass on out of here!', this turned out to be a lot more complicated and I really shouldn't have put so much energy into this... Buuuut I just had to end up loving the lineart too much that I kinda... went... overboard, huh? Eh heh. *griiiin*
So... Who is this?
This... my friend... is my fursona. That's right, Ani's got some serious make-over; she is now a blue and yellow, star loving Dhole! I felt so much more connected to this form which is about time after being a half human for 9 years! Whoo, time really flies, huh? Her ref sheet is in works which will provide more information about her, so no worries! For now, that's all I'm gunna tell ya. ;D
I seriously hoped that nobody's eyeballs started bleeding upon the sight of this. 8D; As I said before, I love this so much and I had ton of fun with the background! [As if you couldn't tell...] I tried the cell-shading style, I know it looks kind of funky with the tail fur there, but go easy on me. I'm still quite new to it and will be practicing more on it. Any advice would be appreciated, of course! n_n
I actually have all the accessories that she's wearing... Man... I love my hat. My hat is just... love. So much love. And that right hind paw...? I want to marry that paw.
Hell, I'd want to make babies with it.
It's just that special.

well well well! About time the world finally got the see the new and improved Ani! And looky there she is in all of her glorious, eyerapeing, seizure causeing beauty! I must say it really has been too long, I mean youre style has changed and improved so much since I last you and in what time too! The colors- while eyebleeding- couldnt be any better..I mean srsly...if they werent then Id say that we had a problem! The pose is so perfect for her, almost like she really is just like 'why should I worry!? Im a dhole! 2 sexeh 4 u' and all that jazz~
And let me be the first to say that youve even imporved with your outlineing, for someone who used to say that they couldnt outline anything to save themselves, youve sure come a long way. I love all of the little details in this, from the small patches of individual colored bits of fur, all the way to even adding writting on the button on your hat! and yes...I did notice the button.
Of course how could I not make a comment about the paws! Inparticular that right hind paw. You have always amazed me in your ability to draw paws (more excate pawpads) and always make them look perfect! I mean I feel like I could touch it. As always and forever with that, A+100
Oh and the coloring! Wow, just wow! Its so different than what im used to seeing from you, not that thats a bad thing of course. It really jumps out at you and grabs your attention like 'HEY LOOK AT ME IM BRIGHT AND COLORFUL' which is what im sure you wanted. Its new, its different, its so YOU!

To admit it, I have gotten a bit more comfortable doing linearts lately- especially when I blow the sketch up huge sized and resize it later to make it clean. Still, I think I have a lot to improve on at the same time.

I'm sure my therian side doesn't have colors like this at aaall, but unfortunately I haven't been able to pull away from my canary yellow and navy blue colors completely just yet.
