Zephyrus-class escort
The zephyrus-class escort is the smallest of what could be called “warships” in the Magisterial Navy’s exospheric arm. Though small for a spacefaring warship, measuring at only 420 metres in length, it still dwarfs nearly any other air or waterborne vessel in the fleet. Mounting a varied and versatile armament, it can handle nearly any situation thrown at it, though especially when in numbers. It’s most useful role, however, is in its planetside duties, where it can provide heavy support to land, sea, and air forces where a space-borne warship would be unable to properly function. Affectionately called the small-fry of the fleet, the Zephyrus is the go-to ship for newly commissioned commanders.
