Description Seems a bit odd, doesn't it? Well, this one is definitely not going to happen for obvious reasons. For one, it was already established who would win if they met, (though, to be fair, it was a statement on Toho's part), so having Zilla as a possible threat wouldn't work. Also, while I did like the 1999 "Godzilla" as a movie on its own, it's not a Godzilla movie, and Bryan Cranston, who stared in the 2014 film, said that this one would wipe our minds clean of it. In the end, it wouldn't make sense for this to happen, but this is for fun, and nothing more. The closest we'll ever get to this, besides the scene in Final Wars, is really just fan films on YouTube. I have one more to go as far as sequel ideas go. If you add this to your favorites, please comment on it first. Thanks.

This honestly needs to happen. Disregarding Final Wars since that was more of a parody of Zilla, there needs to be a movie entirely focused on Godzilla 2014 and Zilla Junior (from the cartoon) fighting.

Sometime along the lines of Freddy vs. Jason, minus the two fighting characters being undead.

Exactly. Like have the last egg of the 1998 film grow up and attack San Francisco and have the 2014 one come to stop it.ย

Then for more originality, they end up having to work together against the real threat - Gigan and/or Destoroyah due to how both of those monsters have limited screen time in the Toho series.

Plus imagine what they (Zilla Jr, Gigan, and Destoroyah) would look like in a Legendary Godzilla movie.

I could see that. Or, better yet, an alliance of one of the monsters from the animated series featuring Zilla and one of Godzilla's enemies. That, or they could use the concept from the unproduced sequel to Zilla's film.

I could see an alliance of Gigan and Cyber-Godzilla (again using the corpse of the 1998 monster as this would ignore the storyline of the animated series) working best if an alien race is the reason for Gigan being involved.

At least if it's not the 2004 one, but for physical appearance, 2004 Gigan would win if the writers base his behavior, strength, etc. on the 1970s Gigan so he's a deadlier enemy.

Yep i can see the fight being the shortest one to date. Now if Zilla faced against Mega Shark then i think it'll be more of a fair fight for Movie Zilla but i doubt Zilla will survive his fight against the king of the sea monsters. Or was it Queen of the sea monsters?

Mega Shark, in the second film I think, it was established it was female. But I agree that she'd be a better foe for movie Zilla.

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-11 02:26:55 +0000 UTC]

Yeah she would be a better foe for movie Zilla since Animated Zilla and Godzilla would kill her easily due to them both having Atmoic Breath.

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-11 11:13:25 +0000 UTC]

Exactly. Truth be told, any monster that doesn't have a power is a good enemy for movie Zilla.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-11 16:06:34 +0000 UTC]

Yeah that is true since the queen of the lizards is a mere mortal.

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-11 21:11:29 +0000 UTC]

Right. But the one thing she does have over Zilla is that she did survive army attacks.ย

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-11 21:50:09 +0000 UTC]

Yeah that's right she does survive army attacks whereas Zilla can be killed by them whereas Mega Shark just gets annoyed by them. I can't even them both having a daughter born from their wombs when they are both dead and the offspring being more powerful then their parents.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-11 23:19:04 +0000 UTC]

That would be worse then what their parents did in their attacks.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-11 23:26:15 +0000 UTC]

Yeah that is totally true.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-11 23:28:28 +0000 UTC]

What makes it worse is that, unlike his parent, Zilla Jr. actually has Godzilla's abilities. Since we know what Godzilla can do with his, I think we'd know what Zilla Jr. would do.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-11 23:34:33 +0000 UTC]

Yeah except for one teeny tiny problem. Zilla Jr. takes orders from Nick Tatoupolus and despite him having Godzilla's abilities Zilla Jr. is still a weakling when he can knocked down by missiles to the neck, get hurt by poison, hell even get his ass kicked by a giant turtle.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-12 00:14:18 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, there's that. And why do I feel the giant turtle thing may be a reference to Gamera? Either way, though, I'm sure Nick would command Jr. to attack Mega Shark if they were attacked. But, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't Jr. attack if he saw them being threatened?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-12 00:24:28 +0000 UTC]

Yeah i believe so.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-12 01:05:06 +0000 UTC]

So, if anything, he'd probably attack out of instinct.ย

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-12 01:20:22 +0000 UTC]

Yeah like a real monster.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-12 01:32:13 +0000 UTC]

That's how I like him to act. A monster that will attack anything that it sees as a threat.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-12 01:40:39 +0000 UTC]

Same here.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-12 02:17:37 +0000 UTC]

That's probably why Zilla Jr. is liked more then his parent. He acts like a giant monster.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-08-12 02:51:59 +0000 UTC]

Yeah he does act like a giant monster.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to LoganVictor23 [2014-08-12 21:49:33 +0000 UTC]

Whereas his parent, not so much.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

Yeah. He ran from the planes, as oppose to stand and fighting them.

LoganVictor23 In reply to SteveIrwinFan96 [2014-12-25 14:48:35 +0000 UTC]

Well at least no one is gonna end making a fanon thing where a new Zilla appears looking like a huge bipedal Iguana and has supernatural powers to match with a monster that has the same caliber. Or will they?

If you do film Zilla then yeah no contest no point in a film.

Now Animated Jr Zilla is a completely different story.

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

SteveIrwinFan96 In reply to Saedraverse [2014-08-04 23:27:03 +0000 UTC]

That's how I'd do it, personally. Movie Zilla stands no chance against 2014 Godzilla, or any version of the character for that matter. The animated Zilla, though, would stand a better chance since he had the same powers and abilities that Godzilla has.

Only if it's the Zilla from the 1998 movie or Final Wars. Now if it's the Zilla from the cartoon series or Godzilla: Rulers of Earth, the fight could go either way in the end.
