It could. As far as the description, I wrote Triseqtaasym to be generally benevolent, but as much or more because it derives benefit from us, than any particular moral calling, just as one might take care of the tomato plants in one's garden because one benefits from the tomatoes, and not necessarily out of the conviction that it's good to take care of tomato plants.
I would imagine that if someone used a Triseqtaasym medallion, who was also thwarting diversity , thinking, etc, it/they would be rather unhappy and show that unhappiness in an unpleasant way.
I think, again, with a gardening analogy, with a gardener protecting ladybug/ladybird beetles from predators, while killing aphids, or allowing them to be killed, since the ladybugs protect the plant, while aphids harm the plant.
