Description I feel like I passed a baker's rite of passage. ^_^' Just finding decent, reliable tips online and it was way easier than I thought it would be. Although... it is a bit chewier than the ones I ate at this macaron cafe in the city.

Lol, I produced perfect macarons in the top sheet pan, but not the pan I put in the middle level of the oven. These were cracked and without feet-- they were still rather pretty cookies, but not macarons.

This, interestingly, looks like a mini chocolate burger on a mini chocolate bun. It is a tasty looking morsel. And, the chewy cookie works well in the role of a bun. If you want to use the lil nickname in the first line, you have every right to do so. Just make sure that the macarons are chewy if you do.

My condolences for the macs on the lower shelf.

Your last line is so funny!

Macarons are cookie sandwiches anyway, so it makes sense that they look like burgers... hmmm, chocolate burger. I think there's a restaurant that serves burgers with a special chocolate sauce in my city, but it's on the expensive side of the menu and I've never tried. It's a weird but curious combo, I'm sure.

I'd try one, depending on if they let you pick the type of chocolate you want + add cheese(sounds odd, but it has you curious, too). What city/restaurant? if close enough to me, maybe I could try or convince them to open one closer. Just for my test tasting endeavor.
