Matcha, taro and strawberry! Creams puffs are lovely.

The strawberry filling was more loose than the others because it had strawberry puree folded into it and made it liquidy. Note to self: a strawberry/raspberry flavored buttercream? Pastry cream doesn't seem to work with the strawberry.

I love these more than cupcakes because you can take any vanilla cream puff filling recipe, divide it and mix in different flavorings. It's really good for parties or handing out to friends, but make the filling the night before and the cream puffs on the same day you're eating it.

I don't really like the photo. >_> I had a hard time getting them all in focus or at least not making one flavor too blurry... and then the cream was melting and looking too misshapen at times. Mantra: Work fast! Work fast! @_@
