Drawn in ball-point pen.
I drew the face using a reference. I added the kitties and the scarf/hand from imagination (because I felt the picture was a little empty without). Also, this is the first time I've attempted to draw animals in a long time -- I'm not a huge fan of drawing animals so although the kitties took less than 10 minutes to draw, it was a small triumph

Sorry for the awkwardly scrunched pose/shoulders, yikes! If I had drawn the rest of the body the pose would have appeared a lot more natural >.<

My mom also really liked this sketch (because of the kitty cuteness) so that was a small triumph too
