A necklace commissioned for a little girl. Rani means Queen in Hindi, it is also how you address a beautiful girl or a woman you are interested in ^.-
I think Yuvarani means Princess or Young Queen in Hindi, it's also the name of a famous actress. I called this piece 'Rani', because I hope she'll keep this and wear it even when she's grown up to be a beautiful lady.

The stone is an opal, cut and polished by me, set in 9 carat gold bezel with a mixture of silver and gold charms soldered in place. This is the first time I worked with gold, coincidentally also one of the few times I had a budget.
