Romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, a slice of Swiss cheese, with Dijon mustard all on a rosemary and olive oil bagel.
It is from Bruegger's Bagels, a place of luncheon suggested by my friend Stephanie.
Price-wise, the sandwich was a bit too much for something you could make for cheaper at home, but at least it was fresh. I was surprised that they didn’t offer oil and vinegar as a possible condiment. Also, I could not find (or did not see) a whole grain bagel, which I would have preferred.
At any rate, it is always interesting to try new places.
