I literally came to tears when I saw this. It reminds me of being a twelve-year-old. I'd watch the edited version One Piece that 4Kids would play every Saturday morning...and then play outside pretending that I was a pirate until the sun went down. My brother and I would stand out in the water-filled rice fields until mom called us in, and then we'd wait until the next Saturday to start it all over again. (...I miss Louisiana...) It makes me miss the simplicity of how life used to be.
The piece is exquisite... It brought back so many beautiful memories. You're an amazing artist and it was a joy to see this.

Wow thats good I have a hard time giving them different poses with out using reference pictures : / Im gonna have to try some of those pencils some time I just started coloring my work after years of black and white sketches. So I went and bought a box of 36 crayola color pencils for $5 and have been doing fine but that looks wonderful. The markers sound neat but prismacolor and copic are just to expensive for me lol.

You used to be able to get the markers at office depot for significantly less, but they have increased teh price. Amazon.com still sells them decently cheap, or you can just search google shopping to try to find a good price. But yeah, they are a bit pricey.
