Can you still make a hover for buttons?

Yes. This is just for slicing the template. You can edit the HTML and add javascript or whatever you like to switch images. Or create the button separatley, use the button as a bg image, textless, and add text and hover as usual with HTML. I slice templates and then edit them as opposed to coding them in notepad from scratch.

Your tutorial is very easy to understand, Nice!
As for me, I'm doing it by the old way. guidelines, select, copy, paste, because in this way, we can use the "Save for Web" option. I know the image's quality will deteriorate a bit, but you can save your web space, bandwidth, and faster loading.

You choose "save for web and devices" to save anyways and choose your file type and settings there. Also, that means putting the slices together yourself, which most people don't understand how to do. But if you've got the knowledge, then that doesn't matter. Though that method takes a lot longer. XD But personal choice really. ^^ This tut was requested by ~raestarize , though. ^^
