kept bugging me to make a dragon character to play with his dragons, so I finally gave in. I was originally intending to make two, one western one eastern, but the western (true to the personality I planned for her) was being stubborn and not wanting to come out, so I just did one for now.

This is Kirabi. How old he really is is uncertain, but its estimated he would be in his early 20s were he a human (though he usually acts much younger). He has power over water in all its forms, but because he is usually too busy admiring himself in a mirror he isnt very good at using them. He can knock you off your feet with a good bout of wind or freeze you to the spot, but he is far from being able to create monsoons like the rest of his family, and that doesnt look to change any time soon.
He is playful, and almost painfully flamboyant (his name, in fact, is thought to be derived from the Japanese words "kirabiyaka" or "kirabiyakana"). He is strikingly effeminate in appearance as well as personality, because he never grew the trademark beard or bushy mane typically associated with postpubescent male dragons. His favorite dish is fish, and if it lived in water he will probably eat it without much thought.
His favorite passtime is flirting, and he doesnt discriminate. Male, female, dragon, human, whatever. When asked about the topic, he is often known to say proudly, "Variety is the spice of life!" However, despite his blatant teasing, when it comes to relationships he generally plays the "oblivious" card. He would rather snuggle in with a group of friends for a movie night than be glued to one person.
He often comes off as arrogant and overdramatic, and most people assume he is lost in thought when in fact those big ears arent just for show. As with most big-talkers, inside he is often unsure of himself, and has become an expert at fishing for compliments on his silvery mane and golden nails.
Kira (or Rabi, if you prefer), is also quite fond of shiny jingly things, and is usually wearing some sort of jewelry.
