Nataku from Saiyuki. The first oekaki I've done in over a year, I think, and done over at *The-Z 's oekaki board on her site, Ninja-Monkey .Yeah, scribbly and sketchy, but I stopped doing oekaki a year ago after never quite getting the hang of it. I rather liked this, and doing a search on DA revealed that there is a SERIOUS lack of Nataku fanart here, an emergency that I decided I must remedy IMMEDIATELY.
It was *very* nice to do an hourlong short piece after spending three days on that Naruto/Harry Potter monstrosity.

Totally COOL! As many times I've been seeing Nataku I'm beginning to like him. Even though he's such a puppet to his father's greed. You did the shading blend with the colors nicely and you got his expressions down pat. Give yourself a hand.

Nataku is kinda pimp. I do like the painted look of the picture. While not one of my favorite characters, possibly because of his lack of appearances, he is pretty cool. I'm glad to see Saiyuki fanart period, but I'm especially glad because it's somebody besides Sanzo.
