did something really nice and very unexpected for me so I thought it would be nice to do a piece of gift art for her. I hope you enjoy and Happy Holidays!

I totally love the detail in the feathers! The outfit looks so fantastic, especially with how fluttery it is! Her hands look great. The pose may be a bit stoic, but it also is fitting and natural. Very nice piece!

Like I've said before, I really like this drawing, but I don't know why. I guess it's not just one particular thing so much as the overall effect. The wings and the halo suggest angelic grace and beauty, while the weapons suggest that she can and will get down and dirty if need be. Then there's the owl...I'll only lightly touch upon this for now. Mostly associated with wisdom, and I can't help but think of the greek goddess Athena (goddess of wisdom) who considered them sacred. That's who I thought this was when I first saw it.
I only have one real question about this. If the wings are coming out of here back, how is the cloak draping down like that. When I try to picture it coming up her back to her right shoulder, I can't help but think that the wings would get in the way. Perhaps there's slits cut out in the cloak, or maybe the wings are just ethereal. Either way, still doesn't detract from the picture at all. Just me picking at details.

there are slits in the cloak I suppose but the reason you like it so much is because her boobs are almost hanging out. HEE HEE

the owl was something i added in at the end. I tend to have hallucinations that involve the same owl over and over so....yeah.....thought it was a good idea. whoot whoot!
