why is she wearing kimono underwater you ask? well, i wanted to draw underwater scene, but the commissioner already requested the outfit. so ... yeah ...

Wow, very nice and soft lighting! I've been working on an underwater scene myself, but the lighting isn't quite like this just yet.. ;__; (It's on hold since I'm having a hard time figuring the rest out(background looks bland, etc).)
The kimono is so detailed and colorful! Her hair, eyes, the underwater plants, everything looks great. The little bubbles are a nice touch too, and I like the columns of light streaming down. Very interesting idea to have her dancing underwater. Very awesome overall!

i'm very sure you can do well on underwater scene too
for suggestion, you can use reference for it. i use some for this too. it really helps a lot and minimize the mistakes you can make
