That sky looks great! So do the flowers, though maybe they could do with a little more focus up close?
The only thing that bothers me about this picture is the overall lack of contrast--the flowers are pale red and the sky is pale blue, and the figure mostly has pale colors... the result is that the whole thing looks a little washed out
So, aside from maybe focusing the flowers a little, what if you were to play around a little with the color of the sky? Maybe one of those purple and red sunsets, or one of those crazy days just before a storm where the sky is all green--something with a lot of dark, saturated colors, in other words
Anyway, great job! This is really good

well, at first i did made the flower blur on purpose to make an'up-close' effect but i guess i overdid it
and excellent suggestion! i'll try more color next time on the sky and flowers

I'll try to give you some advice, but I don't thing I have enough to say to qualify as a critique...
So, I so like the cell shading like style you have going on there!
If you weren't cell shading, I'd say that you go deeper into the shadows to help bring out the lights
But that's all
