Yeah, David Tennant, the tenth Doctor. This was fun. Im not entirely happy with how the hair turned out (was a pain in the ass anyways), but other than that im quite pleased. I liked the colors of this piece, and that lighting was interesting to do...
Anyways, inktense pencils and white paint for highlights.
I also used this pearly letter paper, which gives a nice shimmering effect. Too bad the scanner always kinda eats that away. 8/ But i still like using it.
