Description Entry #24! The new kaiju of my lineup, the trio of Killer Gulls named Estrada, Eddie, and Abby!

Height: 50 meters
Length: 120 meters
Mass: 20,000 tons

Powers:
- Leg Strength: The strongest parts of the Killer Gulls’ bodies are their legs. On their own, they can only slightly lift opponents up to double their own weight, but when grouped together, they can effortlessly carry off larger objects and opponents.
Flight at Mach 3.

Weakness: All three Killer Gulls are VERY lightweight and can only take so many normal blows before being forced to retreat.

Biography: After the Klenthurian Wars, what happened to the Earth can be described as what happens when you disturb an ant hill: everything comes out. More and more kaiju began to awake and become active by this great war. Most monsters weren’t anything out of the ordinary and preferred to keep to themselves, and the most well known of these new kaiju are some sort of mutant seagulls that became known as the Killer Gulls.

Composed of three members: Estrada, Eddie, and Abby, the small kaiju first lived in Puerto Rico under study of the A.K.D.F. They eventually left this net and set up a new one near Buenos Aries, The forces kept a careful eye on the birds, but the saving of the Earth by various kaiju had helped humanity gain an even better acceptance of kaiju into their world.

To be fair even more, the Killer Gulls were far from killers. They fed on fish and liked to raid dumps near the sea, so they did far more good than bad. Not only did they help give some cities and towns a sense of security when around, their nests, when not in use, were apex tourist attractions for a world that could now look at kaiju in a more positive way. The trio, like all kaiju, had some defects and their habit of stealing metal and shiny objects made more than a handful angry, but the revenue their nests made more than made up for the stealing of cars and occasional droppings of cars and poo on buildings.

The three birds finally showcased their power of numbers when a gigantic alien being, codenamed The Gray, arrived on Earth. This huge humanoid alien had powerful mind control capabilities and effortlessly took control of Taninim, Plague, and Swamp when the trio confronted him.

The Hessian was denied action out of fear The Gray could take control of Zach’s mind and use the mech to its vile will. Attacking Atlantic City, one of the Killer Gulls’ many nesting spots, was a bad idea for the alien to make. As the evil alien watched in sadistic glee as its mind control forced Plague, Swamp, and Taninim to fight one another, a shrill cry came from the sky.

Falling down like planes in WW2, the three gulls swooped in on The Gray. Their fast fight and small size made it hard for the huge being to land a hit with its energy blasts. The birds knocked the invader flat on its back where they then tore into its wrist-mounted cannon, attracted to its shininess. The cannon was ripped off as the three gulls began to peck into its soft flesh.

The alien screamed in pain and suddenly exploded into a cloud of green smoke. It had broken down into three smaller forty meter beings and tried to contend with the gulls alone. This sealed its downfall. The Killer Gulls, attracted to shiny objects, went for its sunglasses-like eyes and began to peck them out! Wounded, the three smaller aliens tried to reform as the trio of Killer Gulls buzzed around its head and squawked, pecking and slashing at its body. The being fell down, near death, with fountains of alien blood spewing out of its eyes. With its eyes destroyed, the control it had over Taninim, Plague, and Swamp lifted.

The three monsters looked on in amazement as the Killer Gulls lifted the giant alien into the air and flew it to their nearby nest. Screaming in horror, The Gray soon wished it had never visited Earth as the birds tore its squirming body to shreds. Estrada, Eddie, and Abby had now lived up their group name.

The Earth breathed another collective sigh of relief as kaiju once again protected humanity from an intergalactic threat. The three creatures didn’t notice much of a change, and still traveled the globe, looking for more nesting grounds and shiny objects. Not long after the battle against The Gray, scientists discovered the reason why the trio didn’t mate: they were a family! Estrada, Eddie, and Abby are, indeed, siblings. Nobody knows who or what their parents are.

Creative History: In Mid-August, me and my mom’s side of the family took a vacation to the beach where I began to dream up new kaiju. One of the monsters I devised was called the Killer Gulls. Honestly, this idea isn’t new. Before I cancelled Kaiju Origin Tales 2, one of many cannon fodder kaiju were to be mutated seagulls known as Gullers When watching these pesky birds on the beach, the idea just hit and I started to design some. There was originally going to be five of them, but I cut the number down to three. I began to “advertise” them and they’re probably the most well known of the new batch of kaiju. I finally got their names and separate designs finished. Estrada is the leader and has the Mohawk of spikes and red ring. Eddie is the smaller male and has the rhino-like horn and chipped beak. Abby is the female and is all white. Estrada’s name comes from various characters named Estrada and it just sounds funny for a kaiju. Eddie’s name comes from the late Eddie Guerrero of WWE fame. Abby’s name is inspired by the show NCIS.

Great kaiju and an equally fitting back story. This is a really cool idea for a kaiju because they really have a niche, whereas most kaiju just seem to be gigantic predators with little purpose other than to eat stuff. Cool concept.

Oh, now these guys are just awesome.

Lol, I love that they took out an alien everyone else was afraid of just because he was shiny. XD
