Bah. Well. Here we have my old school somewhat neo-victorian Ravenclaw uniform.

Made the robe, the cincher (as seen previously), the skirt (which is part of my every-day wardrobe), and the wand.

The robe was vaguely drafted from a robe I have, and it didn't work out as well as it would have had I bothered to use my darned slopers! I made the effort to beautifully draft those and then refuse to use them! That'll teach me! The sleeves are quite wonky, but the lining turned out lovely. And now that I know what went wrong, my next one will be positively awesome. I must say my hood draft was fabulous. xD

I borrowed the ascot from my dad, and it's actually upside-down or inside-out. Wrong side out? The other side has a silk pattern. I'm going to make a pattern from it so I won't have to borrow his all the time.

I made the wand probably after the second Harry Potter book came out. Took a holly branch from the bush out in front of my house, stripped it down, dried it out, whittled it probably with an x-acto knife and sanded with emery boards. xD

So...yeah. Will be remaking this whole thing for sure. Probably a corset instead of the cincher, my own ascot, new skirt with pleats methinks and a petticoat underneath, and definitely a new robe. But this'll do for now.
