Some skin ideas for Mehrdad, an antagonist character from my lore.

DARK FLAME PHOENIX MEHRDAD
Despite both pledging allegiance to the galactic power known as the Dark Flame Phoenix, Altair and Mehrdad are rivals, and not of the friendly variety. Mehrdad is not one who will miss a chance to mock Altair, chiding his lack of progress with conquering Neo Gaia while his cell already has three star systems as a power base to recruit and extend the DFP's reach even further. Even though the success is actually attributed to his father (something Altair will counter with), what cannot be denied with Mehrdad is his fighting prowess. Like Altair, Mehrdad is a frontline fighter, using a water-attuned polearm to amplify his fighting capabilities.

REIGN OF TERROR MEHRDAD
The fragmentation of the Reign of Terror (ROT) was something unexpected when CREST and the Magi Knight Order managed to capture and rehabilitate Tristan, the original leader. While the ROT did fragment, without Tristan holding his subordinates and hangers-on in line, many became petty warlords, using the ROT label to spread fear and discord. Mehrdad is one of the more successful warlords, who managed to seize his own fiefdom after Tristan was out of the picture. This warlord of Iranian/Persian stock has one advantage over his peers: oil. Every oil field from Tabriz to Baku kick up to Mehrdad, who has used his funds to stir up trouble for the MKO in West Asia, as well as supporting the Black Crescents in nearby Turkey. While Mehrdad rarely takes to the field lately, but when he does, everyone fears a swing of his water-attuned polearm.
