From Left to Right: Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, The Penguin, Two Face and of course the Joker.I was goin to add: Harley (of course) Riddler, Man Bat, Ra's Al Gul, Catwoman but decided to do them later.
Biro pen as usual.

Ivy looks the best.
I like the leafy hair, looks really stylized & iconic.
Harvey is sweet too, maybe a bit too anime almost, but still really good.

Great work, especially as it's with a biro pen. You wouldn't happen to have read any comics drawn by Tim Sale would you? The scarecrow and ivy especially remind me of his style.

Oh yes, I am a massive fan of Sale work. I love the Long Halloween, Haunted Knight and Dark Victory. He brings such a great film noir look to his work, and i love old noirish films and detectives.
Yeah, the scarecrow and ivy (and in fact, all of them in this first rogues gallery) were inspired by the Long Halloween and Haunted Knight. Rogues Gallery 2, whilst keeping the same shadowy look and noir, was more inspired by Jim Lee's Hush series.

Oooh...these are really nice. Stylized and shadowy. My favourite's the Scarecrow ('specially the hat) but I'm biased like that. Ivy's really nicely done, too. Pengers, Two Face and the Joker all look pretty demonic!
